P003 → Gap time



I continued to explore the reasons for my insomnia and anxiety. I think it's because I'm reluctant to lie down doing nothing and engage in 'ineffective' sleep, which leads to repeated anxiety. Ultimately, I fear 'idleness' because I feel it is meaningless. Later, I observed the things around me and discovered that 'idleness' is a 'law of nature' and a 'natural command.' Therefore, it's normal for us humans to need some gaps as well, and I should accept this.



I collected some pauses I observed, and 'each pause contributes to a better start.' So, I am considering how I can convey this positive mindset through my project.

Update: Today I showed my progress to my mentors. They think the concept of 'gap' is a bit too broad, and suggested that I might focus on a specific point, such as my observations on the concept of liminal space.
