P001 → The Night



‘If you’re not sleeping once in a while, don’t worry about it.’


Since Edinburgh switched to daylight saving time, the days have become longer, and my routine has been disrupted. It's become common for me to have dinner only at 9 PM when it's still light outside and stay awake until three or four in the morning, unable to sleep.  I feel anxious because I can't fall asleep, but this creates a vicious cycle. I sought some methods from my friends, and they told me what they do to enjoy themselves and eventually fall asleep peacefully when they can't sleep. So, I collected some stories from them. 



I want to use this project to bring a sense of healing to people and convey this mindset ‘If you’re not sleeping once in a while, don’t worry about it’.
